《You Raise Me Up》，由罗尔夫 ? 拉夫兰于2001年作曲并发行。当罗尔夫阅读了爱尔兰作家兼词人布兰登 ?格瑞翰所著作的畅销小说《最白的花》后，颇受感动，力邀布兰登为曲子填词。

迄今为止，已被全球100多位艺人翻唱过，被用不同语言录制了125次以上。这首歌在美国被用于纪念911事件，仅2004年，就在美国电台共计播放了至少50万多次。获得福音音乐奖包括「年度最佳歌曲」奖项在内四个提名。此处视频来自跨国乐队 Celtic Woman。
